Perspective view of the Nevsky Prospect.1900s

Postcard IDRU-3963370
Country: Russia

When I was in St. Petersburg I lived near to Nevsky Prospect - wonderful and beautiful place.

Nevsky Prospect is the main street in the city of St. Petersburg, Russia. Planned by Peter the Great as beginning of the road to Novgorod and Moscow, the avenue runs from the Admiralty to the Moscow Railway Station and, after making a turn at Vosstaniya Square, to the Alexander Nevsky Lavra.

Also the card contains a stamps from series 'The 70th Anniversary of Victory in WWII - Medals' issued in 2015:

A cat with a butterfly

Postcard IDUS-3555025
Country: USA

This card is really adorable. I like cats, I like butterflies and both of my favourites are on the same card and look so cute!
Also this card contains wonderful backside - it was so interesting to read how postcrossing connects people.Friendship doesn't have borders and distances :)

One stamp on the card is new for me. It's a stamp from series 'Patriotic Waves' issued in 2015 (1 stamp):

Postcard's way

Postcard IDLV-178809
Country: Latvia

This card look so simple, but so interesting for postcrossers. Just look: mailman has its own transport - balloons - to deliver our postcards. Then he hand off them to doves and they deliver it to happy postcrossir. It's great, isn't it?)

And separately I'd like to shows 2 sets of stamps from this card.  On the first one we see Imants Ziedonis, a Latvian poet:
The second set contains Flowers stamps of 2014 and 2015 years:

Kiss you!

Postcard IDRU-1733384
Country: Russia

I receive vintage&retro postcards quite rarely. Meanwhile I like postcards of these themes. A couple of weeks ago me and my husband look trough the family album with b&w photos. It was strange time, but now it's so interesting to have a chance to see at least photos from that time. When I was a child and my parents were yang... People (men and women) have nice hairstyles, children had the same clothes :))
As we say now, grass was greener in childhood :)

Bến Thành Market (1925), Vietnam

Postcard ID: SG-128291
Country: Singapore

I'm not a fan of black and white cards, however I think that it has its own charm. To receive card like this is like to touch something old, ancient and enigmatic.

Bến Thành Market is a large marketplace in central Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam in District 1. The market is one of the earliest surviving structures in Saigon and one of symbols of Hồ Chí Minh City, popular with tourists seeking local handicrafts, textiles and souvenirs, as well as local cuisine.

The market developed from informal markets created by early 17th century street vendors gathering together near the Saigon River. The market was formally established by the French colonial powers after taking over the Gia Định citadel in 1859 (see Citadel of Saigon). This market was destroyed by fire in 1870 and rebuilt to become Saigon's largest market. In 1912 the market was moved to a new building and called the New Bến Thành Market to distinguish over its predecessor. The building was renovated in 1985.

This is the first card from Singapore in this blog, so here is the first nice stamp:

I really like horses. I think that they are one from the most beautiful animals. However I have never ridden on horseback.
Also this is the first black and white postcard in this blog :)
