It's the first card received by me this year. So it's a bit special for me :)

Actually it's so nice to return to active postcrossing life. Cards like this one realy inspire to continue :)

Magnus von Wright was a Swedish-Finnish painter and ornithologist. In addition to his bird illustrations, he also did landscapes.

Also the card has a great stamp with Apocalyptica band. I'm not their fan, but know that it's famouc and cool band. Stamp issued in 2015 year in series 'Rock Bands':

The card shows an Altaian woman in the national costume. It's quite interesting to see national dresses in different countries. This one looks gorgeous. I think that Altain people should proud of their costumes and history :)

Also postcard contains some beautiful and new stamp for me. One is from series 'The 500th Anniversary of the Border Guard Service' issued in 2012:
