Lithuania is a bit special country for Belarusians and Vilnius is a bit special city. We need 3-4 hours to reach the city and walk in the old part of it. When I visited Vilnius I bought several postcards there, but sent them from Minsk. Next time I definetely should send some cards to my special friends from the city.

Also the country changed their official money to euro last year. That's why I see the stamp from series 'Introduction of Euro' on the backside of the card :)

Mailboxes

This postcard was sent to me by Finnish postcrosser. It's interesting to know how mailboxes look in different countries.

This year we have not really snowy winter and now there is almost spring. That's really early from our country :)

This card look so simple, but so interesting for postcrossers. Just look: mailman has its own transport - balloons - to deliver our postcards. Then he hand off them to doves and they deliver it to happy postcrossir. It's great, isn't it?)

First of all I see that is was issue special for postcrossers :) secondary, it has so great mailboxes, each of them is unique!

This postcard took 93 days to arrive in my mailbox. It seems that it has a long difficult way and was firstly delivered to a wrong receiver. But finally it's in my home! And I like it for some things:

• it's really nice and show evolution of writing, that is interesting
• it's from New Zealand! I receive postcards from this country not really often
• it has amazing stamps. A dog is my love:

I think tha everyone postcrosser likes post theme. It a sign, a symbol that you receive something special for you from another country. It's definitely a good news!

Door mail boxes, Portugal

This is a real 'post' theme! Oh, would like to have a mail box like anyone from these. But now I only have standard mailbox on the first floor of our multi-storey building. Once, I'll have an own house... :)

This is a nice card, huh? It's just greetings from early 20th c.

I like St. Petersburg. It has its own cultural atmosphere. I visited this city almost 2 years ago, when there was "white nights". Since I have wanted to return there again. By the way, I bought there a nice black and white set of postcards!

So, I like St. Petersburg and cards came to me from this city and with views of this city:)
